What matters in Germany
All three accept German residents, but through different entities. VT Markets and Vantage typically place a German resident with an offshore company: leverage up to 1:500, bonuses available, and Lloyd's of London insurance up to $1 million as the group-level backstop. BullWaves contracts only through its Seychelles entity, with a Cyprus representative office handling European clients. None of the three gives you an EU investor compensation scheme — if that is your requirement, an EU-licensed broker outside this comparison is the honest answer.
Funding and withdrawals from Germany
SEPA takes 1–2 business days at all three with no broker fee. German bank cards work, though some banks (notably N26 and DKB) periodically block payments to brokers — SEPA is the reliable fallback. PayPal is available at Vantage. Crypto works at all three; BullWaves settles crypto withdrawals the same day.
Documents
Any passport plus proof of address in Germany. The Meldebescheinigung is accepted by all three. If your residence permit is still pending, a rental contract with a bank statement works.
Our pick
For most German residents — VT Markets: Raw ECN pricing, SEPA, Lloyd's insurance. Vantage — if TradingView, a $50 entry or copy trading is the key requirement. BullWaves — only as a second, limited account for cheap MT5 execution.
